Meet your new instructor
Tomoko brings over two decades of expertise to Bird Rock. An instructor since 2001, she integrates the discipline of an Athletic Trainer with the fluidity of Pilates and the Gyrotonic Expansion System. Her approach moves beyond simple conditioning to address specific physical challenges, injury recovery, and longevity. She builds programs designed to support the body through every stage of life, making long-term health the ultimate goal.
